If you need to return an item, you may do so within 30 days of receiving your order. Please note that you will be responsible for the return freight costs and a 30% restocking fee.
To be eligible for a return:
All returned items must be packaged as they were originally received. Once we receive the returned products at our facility, we will promptly inspect them. If the items are in sellable condition, we will arrange for a refund of the cost of the items, less the 30% restocking fee and the cost of return freight.
Exceptions: All sales made through the Vanity Configurator design tool are final due to the custom production of the countertop, sink, and cabinets and are not eligible for return.
