• Order Cancellation, Return, and Post-Delivery Policy

    To ensure timely processing and fast production across all made-to-order cabinetry orders, the following policies apply.


    Order Cancellations

    • Semi-Custom Orders: Semi-custom cabinetry is built to order and moves into production quickly. Because of our fast manufacturing timelines, semi-custom orders cannot be cancelled after 72 hours once submitted. After this point, production begins and the order cannot be cancelled.
    • Express Orders: Express orders follow an accelerated made-to-order timeline and cannot be cancelled once submitted.

    Post-Delivery Inspection

    Upon delivery, customers have 30 days to report any damage or missing items. We encourage a prompt inspection so we can resolve any issues quickly and efficiently.

    Return Policy

    If you need to return an item, you may do so within 30 days of receiving your order. Please note that customers are responsible for return freight costs and a 30% restocking fee.

    Eligibility for Returns

    Returned items must meet the following conditions:

    • Items must not have been installed or modified.

    • Items must be in sellable condition.

    • Items must be packaged as they were originally received.

    Once returned items arrive at our facility, we will inspect them. If the items are in sellable condition, we will arrange a refund of the item cost, minus the 30% restocking fee and return freight.

    Exceptions

    All sales made through the Vanity Configurator Design Tool are final because of the custom production of the countertop, sink, and cabinets.

    These orders are not eligible for cancellation or return.
